Data controller (responsable)

Celyum is the party responsible (responsable) for the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at info@celyum.com.

What data we collect

The contact form on this site collects only:

• Name
• Company
• Email address
• Budget
• Message

There are no user accounts and no third-party cookies on this site.

Browsing data

Beyond the form, this site records anonymous browsing data: which page you visit, the referrer and campaign parameters if you arrive from an ad, screen size, which sections you see, how far down the page you scroll, which buttons you press and how long you stay. To that are added the IP address, the user-agent and the country, which the server adds automatically.

The IP address is personal data under the LFPDPPP (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, Mexico's federal law on the protection of personal data held by private parties), and that is why we declare it here. We use this data to understand how the site is used and to follow up with you commercially.

We do not use cookies or local storage for this, and we do not generate any persistent identifier: we cannot follow the same person across separate visits.

What we use them for

To answer your request and to follow up with you commercially. Nothing else.

Who we share them with

We share your data only with the providers that operate this site and process the form submission and the browsing data, acting as data processors (encargados del tratamiento):

• Resend, for sending the transactional email to info@celyum.com.
• Vercel, for hosting the site and the contact endpoint.
• Supabase, where the data is stored in Lazarus, our internal management system.

Lazarus is Celyum's own system, not an outside third party. We do not share or sell your data to anyone else.

Derechos ARCO (access, rectification, cancellation and objection)

You can access, rectify or cancel your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@celyum.com. We respond within the time limits set by law.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts, or until you ask us to remove it.
